Mr. Daijun is specialized in offshore outsourcing, system development, project management, and software quality
Mr. Daijun has been involving in outsourcing industry since 1999, had previously worked for NEC，NRI and Fujitsu.
He started Xi’an Huituo Software Development Co. in 2003 , which successfully passed NRI’s assessment on being a corporative partner.
In 2004, Mr. Daijun established a joint venture Xi’an Silkroad Software Development Co. with Softroad(Japan), in which he served as Chairman and Chief of Development Department.
In 2006, Mr. Daijun worked for NRI in the development of finance business in Tokyo.
